Maintenance Technician
Keep properties running smoothly with your repair skills and proactive mindset. From inspections to emergency fixes, you’ll be key in maintaining quality and safety.
- Conduct property inspections and perform repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Maintain records and manage maintenance supplies.
- Coordinate with contractors and property managers.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Support project planning and train junior staff.
- Previous experience in maintenance or handyman roles.
- Knowledge of general repair, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Familiar with all aspects of the building operations, including but not limited to HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, etc.
- Ensure all equipment and systems are operated in a safe and efficient manner and are in compliance with all applicable government codes & regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license preferred.

Cleaner
Ensure residential and commercial properties shine with your eye for detail and pride in cleanliness. Help create safe, welcoming spaces for every client.
- Clean and sanitize homes, Airbnbs, and commercial spaces.
- Handle waste and recycling responsibly.
- Report maintenance issues and track supply inventory.
- Follow safety and health regulations.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and follow a detailed checklist.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must pass a background check.
