As we joined forces to maintain our Airbnb Superhost status, we were frequently approached by friends seeking guidance on their systems, janitorial, and building maintenance needs. This growing demand highlighted the opportunity to create a business that could offer comprehensive property solutions.

The leadership team combines the strengths of two dedicated professionals. Bruce Shaw-Smith, Chief Operating Officer, with a background in the Canadian Armed Forces and fire prevention activities, brings over six years of experience in hospitality and construction industry, alongside a successful track record as a real estate investor and Airbnb Superhost. Ariadne Quiroz, Chief Executive Officer has over five years in Human recourses and ten years in psychotherapy, excelling in business development, employee performance enhancement, and conflict resolution. Her proficiency in payroll, accounting, compliance, and health and safety is crucial to the company's operations.
Together, they lead a team of over ten members who manage all building maintenance jobs for residential, and commercial, clients.
