Azul Mountain was founded by husband-and-wife team Bruce and Ariadne, who started by managing, cleaning, maintaining, and renovating short-term rental properties to an exceptionally high standard. What began as hands-on work in their own portfolio grew into a business built on the values they carry from their Latin and Black heritage, Bruce's background in the Canadian Armed Forces, and a shared commitment to serving their community well.They built Azul Mountain not just to run a successful company, but to create something that uplifts the people and places around them. That mission shapes how they hire, how they work, and how they show up for every client.
Bruce brings a background in the Canadian Armed Forces and fire prevention, along with over six years of experience in hospitality, construction, and real estate. As a seasoned property investor and Airbnb Superhost, he leads Azul Mountain's operations with the discipline, reliability, and practical knowledge that come from years of managing properties firsthand. When Bruce says something will get done, it gets done.
Ariadne combines over five years in human resources with a decade of experience in psychotherapy, giving her a uniquely people-centred approach to running a business. Her expertise spans business development, conflict resolution, operations management, payroll, compliance, and health and safety. She is the driving force behind Azul Mountain's strong client relationships, internal culture, and operational performance.
