Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and Airbnb properties , including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Execute detailed cleaning tasks for commercial properties, ensuring all areas are hygienic and presentable.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents, supplies, and equipment for various surfaces and environments.
- Follow a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in compliance with company procedures and local regulations.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:

This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and safe for all occupants. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine inspections, identifying issues, and implementing effective solutions. This position demands excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will also have strong communication skills to interact with tenants, property managers, and other team members effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid costly repairs in the future.
- Assist in the preparation of properties of all type of clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address their concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance requests.
